We absolutely loved the spa area with its inviting sauna and refreshing fruits. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options. Can't wait to return!

The location.
Almost nothing, like all hotels, the prices of the in-room items were pricey. Maybe that.

The room was very spacious. The indoor pool was free of charge, clean and not crowded. The location was excellent - only 2 minutes from the Golden Roof.
The breakfast was a little too expensive.

Very nice location, near the old town of the city. Relaxing with spa/pool in the basement and convenient with private parking (for an extra fee though).
Breakfast could have been included in the price. 16 Euro per person per night is pretty much when you travel with family.

The location was perfect as far as what we wanted to see and do - all within walking distance. A bit of a long walk from the train station, but doable.

Centrally located, excellent breakfast variety, well organized and located spa area, very convenient for ski bus routes
no wifi support in rooms, only paid wifi in reception area, the layout in the room was not functional, and only made the room look smaller

The hotel staff were welcoming, the triple room was spacious and functionable, the location was close to the town centre, tourist attractons and public transport. The pool and spa were an added bonus.
Internet access was only available via a LAN connection in the room, the alternative was 2 computers in the lobby where the Internet speed was painfully slow and there was a charge of 5c/minute..

The sauna facilities were the best I have been to, the view at night inside the one sauna was to die for!

I liked the location best about this hotel. Right outside my room was the river, and a perfect view of the mountains. There are restaurants and bars that are in walking distance. The free internet was great as well, even though it wasn't wireless. the pool and facilities were very clean.
The parking is expensive, yet you are paying for security more than anything. if you car isn't worth it, there is a parking garage across the street for cheaper prices. Plus the town is clean and almost everyone keeps to themselves. The breakfast should be included with your stay. I paid 60euros for my husband and I and we stayed for 2 nights.

Everything was quite good.

Rooms are notably small, which could be a drawback for anyone wanting more personal space. Be aware that soundproofing isn't great, so if you're a light sleeper, street noise might keep you up. The shower's design-separated by a glass wall-illuminates the entire room when the bathroom light is triggered, which can be quite disorienting at night. The breakfast service can also feel a bit slow, leading to longer waits during busy hours. Lastly, if you're reliant on good Wi-Fi for planning or work, the connection may not always meet your expectations.

We did enjoy the location in particular and appreciated the underground parking in central location.
The use the car lift for personal purposes with children was not particularly exciting, but the kids liked it.

I was impressed with how warm and inviting the lobby and dining areas were, beautifully decorated with skiing themes and comfortable seating, made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my stay.
A bit more storage space in the bathroom would help.
